José E. Ochoa Urdaneta

José E. Ochoa Urdaneta, known online as Jedante, is the CTO of INCUVEN Ventures and a co-founder of Vitrifarm, where he also leads technology. He is a Venezuelan product designer and developer who designs and builds functional products — increasingly powered by AI — that are meant to create impact, earn their keep and generate value.

He spent more than a decade inside marketing technology before INCUVEN. He co-founded SocialGest®, a social media management platform later merged into FLUVIP® — The Martech Group, and Tikket®, an omnichannel customer-communication platform, serving as creative director of both. He went on to lead design at Magnetic and, from 2024 to 2026, was a partner at FLUVIP®, working across product, development and design on its influencer-marketing platform for Latin America and Spain.

He is also a co-founder of Vacantes.com, an AI-powered job search platform for Spanish-speaking markets. His background spans computer engineering, graphic design and AI engineering, and outside work he volunteers as a troop sub-chief with the Asociación de Scouts de Venezuela.
